Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dine-in & Takeaway only. NIDAN INTERNATIONAL (trading as Shashwat Restaurant) does not offer home delivery and does not ship any products by courier or post.
1. How you receive your order
- Dine-in – food is served at your table in our restaurant at 1st Floor, Sai Bijauli Complex, Beside Reliance Jewels, Opp. Maveshi Hospital, M G Road, Aurangabad, Bihar - 824101, India.
- Pickup / takeaway – orders placed at the counter, by phone or online are collected by you from our counter at the same address.
2. Pickup time
- Most pickup orders are ready within 20–30 minutes of confirmation; we will tell you if it will take longer.
- Please collect your order during our opening hours and show your order number or bill at the counter.
- Orders not collected within 1 hour of the ready time may be discarded for food-safety reasons and are not refundable.
