These Terms & Conditions apply to the website shashwatshop.com and to all orders placed with NIDAN INTERNATIONAL (trading as Shashwat Restaurant), 1st Floor, Sai Bijauli Complex, Beside Reliance Jewels, Opp. Maveshi Hospital, M G Road, Aurangabad, Bihar - 824101, India (“we”, “us”, “our”), whether in person at the restaurant, by phone, by scanning our QR codes or online. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We are a restaurant offering dine-in & takeaway. We prepare freshly cooked food and beverages for immediate consumption. We do not sell packaged goods for shipping by courier.
2. Menu, prices and taxes
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST, as shown on our Menu page and at the restaurant.
- Prices, dishes and availability may change without notice. The price applicable is the one shown when your order is accepted and printed on your bill.
- If a dish is unavailable after you order, we will offer a substitute or remove it from your bill and refund any amount already paid for it.
- Packaging charges for takeaway, where applicable, are shown before payment and on the bill.
3. Placing an order
- An order is confirmed only after we accept it. For online and QR orders you will see the confirmation on screen.
- Please give a correct name and mobile number. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect details.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailability of items or circumstances beyond our control. Any amount paid for such an order is refunded in full as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Payment
- At the restaurant you can pay by cash, debit/credit card or UPI.
- Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are processed by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.
- If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically refunded to the same account, usually within 5-7 working days.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and pickup by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Food safety and allergies
Our kitchen handles milk, nuts, gluten, soy, sesame, eggs. Although we take care, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergy before ordering. Takeaway food should be consumed within 2 hours of pickup; we are not responsible for food stored improperly after that.
7. Conduct at the restaurant
We may refuse service to anyone behaving in an abusive, unsafe or unlawful manner. Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to our property. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless we agree in advance.
8. Use of this website
The content of this website (text, logo, photographs and design) belongs to NIDAN INTERNATIONAL. You may view it for personal use but must not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. We try to keep the information accurate but it may contain occasional errors, which we will correct when found.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control such as natural calamities, strikes, network or payment-system outages, or government orders.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Aurangabad, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
